There are yachts, and then there is STELLA MARE. The 2026 Lagoon 55 represents the absolute pinnacle of what the world's most celebrated catamaran manufacturer produces — and this is a brand new example, immaculate in every detail, her every system and surface performing at its very best for the very first time.
Six cabins are built into her hulls: four are allocated to guests, each a private en-suite retreat of exceptional comfort, while the midship cabin serves as crew quarters keeping your professional team close at hand without ever intruding on your space. It is a configuration that reflects an unwavering commitment to the guest experience, ensuring that STELLA MARE feels as private and personal as a yacht built entirely for you.
For guests who know what they want from a charter and who understand that the finest experiences lie in the details STELLA MARE delivers on every count.
Spacious Outdoor Living
Flybridge Lounge
STELLA MARE's expansive flybridge is a destination in itself. Complete with a wet bar and fridge, generous seating, dedicated sunbathing areas, and a composite hardtop bimini with ambient LED lighting, it is the ideal space to gather as the sun dips behind the hills of Tortola — cocktail in hand, the BVI spread out beneath you in every direction.
Aft Terrace
The aft cockpit has been designed as a true outdoor living room: uninterrupted stern views, full-length loungers, two dining tables, an ice maker, fridge, sink, and a gas grill that makes alfresco evening dining an event in itself. Whether it's a lazy breakfast, a long lunch, or a celebratory dinner under the Caribbean stars, this space sets the scene perfectly.
Foredeck Lounge
The foredeck offers a generous C-shaped sofa with a foldable sunshade — a quiet, shaded retreat at the bow where guests can watch the islands drift past in complete comfort.
Hydraulic Swim Platform
STELLA MARE's tenderlift hydraulic platform makes water access as effortless as it should be — stepping from the deck into the warm Caribbean Sea in a single, elegant movement.
Cork Exterior Decking
Every inch of STELLA MARE's exterior decking is finished in natural cork — cool underfoot even in the height of the Caribbean summer, beautiful to look at, and a considered detail that separates a truly well-specified yacht from the rest.
Transom Shower
A hot and cold outdoor shower on the transom keeps things fresh after every swim, snorkel, or water sport session.
Elegant & Comfortable Interior
Four Guest Cabins
Each of STELLA MARE's four guest cabins is a private sanctuary: en-suite bathroom with separate shower, thoughtfully designed with horizontal lines that echo the horizon — a deliberate visual choice that creates an immediate sense of calm, space, and harmony from the moment you step inside.
Saloon
The heart of life aboard STELLA MARE is her magnificent saloon — flooded with natural light through large overhead skylights and panoramic windows that frame ever-changing views of the Caribbean seascape. It is a space that works equally well for leisurely breakfasts, afternoon games, or evening conversation after dinner.
Entertainment
A full stereo and projector system means movie nights under the stars or music throughout the day, however the mood takes you.
Modern Conveniences
A water maker and ice maker ensure that cold drinks, fresh water, and the small luxuries of daily life are always on hand — wherever STELLA MARE drops anchor.
Coffee Machine
STELLA MARE's exceptional coffee machine deserves a mention of its own. Whether it's the first espresso of the morning on the bow or an afternoon brew as you ghost across the Sir Francis Drake Channel, good coffee makes everything better.
Climate Control
Full air conditioning and fans throughout the saloon and all cabins ensure that STELLA MARE is a cool, comfortable, and deeply restful environment — whatever the Caribbean weather has in store.

Explore the British Virgin Islands
From her base in the BVI, STELLA MARE is perfectly positioned to explore one of the world's greatest and most celebrated sailing destinations — an archipelago of over 60 islands, each with its own character, its own anchorages, and its own unforgettable moments:
- Tortola — the BVI's largest and most vibrant island. Road Town's bustling marina, the legendary Cane Garden Bay, outstanding local restaurants, and lively beach bars make Tortola the natural heartbeat of any BVI charter.
- Virgin Gorda — home to The Baths, one of the Caribbean's most extraordinary natural wonders — a dramatic landscape of enormous granite boulders, sea pools, and hidden grottos that feels entirely otherworldly. The North Sound is among the finest and most sheltered anchorages in the entire BVI.
- Jost Van Dyke — a name that resonates with sailors across the world. The birthplace of the Painkiller cocktail at the Soggy Dollar Bar, and home to Foxy's — an institution that has been welcoming charter guests for generations. An unmissable stop on any BVI itinerary.
- Norman Island — the island said to have inspired Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island. Snorkel the legendary Treasure Caves at Privateer Bay, visit the iconic Willy T floating bar and restaurant, and anchor in the beautiful, protected waters of The Bight.
- Anegada — the BVI's most remote and most magical island. Encircled by the vast Horseshoe Reef — one of the largest coral reefs in the Caribbean — Anegada is famous for its world-class lobster, bone-white beaches, and a sense of complete, wonderful isolation. A day trip from STELLA MARE is an experience that stays with you long after you've returned home.
- Peter Island & The Dogs — smaller, largely uninhabited islands offering outstanding snorkelling, dramatic scenery, and pristine anchorages of the kind that make the BVI so endlessly rewarding to explore.
